Confirm what the receiving authority accepts
A translation can be accurate but still unsuitable if the receiving authority requires a specific format, language direction, stamp or registered translator. Confirm the requirement before paying for translation.
Typical document categories
- Birth certificates and birth notifications.
- Marriage and personal-status certificates.
- Supporting declarations or court documents.
- Consular, immigration or identity-related supporting documents.
Registered professional requirement
Where a legal translation is required, use a professional whose status is appropriate for the accepting authority. The UAE Ministry of Justice maintains the framework for registered legal translators; see its legal translator registration information.
Privacy and file handling
Personal-status documents contain sensitive identity information. Do not upload files through the public website. Confirm who will receive the document, why it is needed, retention/deletion terms and the secure transfer method before sharing.
Our assistance scope
BirthCertificates.ai can coordinate document requirements and an appropriate translation provider. We do not claim that every translation is accepted by every authority, and we do not represent a translator’s independent accreditation.
