BirthCertificates.ai is not a government, health, court, embassy, immigration or consular authority. Services are limited to the scope stated in the written quotation or order confirmation.
No guaranteed outcome
Payment for assistance does not guarantee that an authority or third party will accept a document, issue a certificate, complete an attestation, grant a visa, approve a correction or meet an estimated date.
Fees
Government, embassy, courier, translation, legal, payment-processing and other third-party charges must be shown separately from the BirthCertificates.ai service fee wherever practical.
Customer responsibility
Customers must provide accurate, lawful information and authentic documents, review application data before submission and respond to authority requests. We may refuse work involving suspected fraud, alteration or unlawful use.
Cancellation and refunds
The written order confirmation must state which fees are refundable before work begins, which third-party/government fees are non-refundable, and what deduction applies for completed work. Do not publish a broader refund promise than the business can honor.
Privacy
Document handling is also governed by the Privacy Policy and any case-specific secure-transfer instructions.
