Start with the birth record, not a guessed authority
Dubai Health, Dubai Health Authority service information and Emirates Health Services can appear in searches for UAE birth certificates, copies and replacements. The correct starting point depends on the facility, emirate and system holding the record. Do not submit duplicate requests to several authorities without confirming responsibility.
Dubai Health
For births connected with Dubai Health facilities, review the official Request for Birth Certificate service and its current eligibility, documents, channel and fee information.
Dubai Health Authority information
The DHA service page provides public information covering issue, copy and lost-replacement routes. Confirm whether it directs the specific record to a facility or digital channel.
Emirates Health Services
Federal health records may use the EHS birth-certificate service. EHS also publishes a separate route for replacement of a lost certificate.

- Which hospital or facility recorded the birth?
