Why a generic checklist is unsafe
Family status, missing documents, disputed data, court requirements, nationality, place of birth and prior records can materially change the correct process. Online summaries should not be treated as legal advice.
Start with a non-sensitive summary
- Where and when the child was born.
- Whether a hospital birth notification exists.
- Which documents are missing, inconsistent or unavailable.
- Whether an authority, court, embassy or hospital has already provided written instructions.
Do not send names, passport numbers, Emirates IDs, certificates, medical records or court files through the public website.
Possible next steps
Depending on the case, the appropriate next step may be the health authority, Dubai Courts, a consulate/embassy, a notary or qualified legal counsel. We will state when a matter falls outside administrative document support.
Our limits
BirthCertificates.ai does not promise a particular legal outcome, court order, certificate, visa or authority approval. Any legal representation must be separately agreed with a properly licensed professional.
